Vietnamese Recipes ???

As Avery's first birthday is quickly approaching I am searching for a Vietnamese dish to include in her celebration. When we were in Vietnam we tried a dish that was sort of a tomato/vegetable type broth soup that we ate with rice. It was rather tasty. Unfortunately, we did not get the name of the dish and Thomas and Minh cannot remember what it was. So, if you have Vietnamese dish that you wouldn't mind sharing, please post.
