Lithotripsy on Right Kidney
I saw my urologist on Friday to determine what was going to be done with my kidney stones. He recommended that we do lithotripsy on the right kidney. My right kidney is currently housing two stones. He said that we needed to wait on the left kidney (which holds one stone) because of the trauma that will take place on the right side. So, in a nutshell, I am having surgery on Thursday to help remedy my current stone situation.

Ouch! Sounds terrible! I pray that the surgery goes well and that the end of suffering is in sight for you soon!
Take Care!
EEWWW, I really don't like surgery. I hope yours goes well & you are pain free in no time flat!!!

I'll be thinking about you this Thursday. Surgery is no day in the park, but having kidney stones isn't either. From what I hear, they are incredibly painful. Good luck, and wishing you a super speedy recovery!
