Macaroni and Cheese

So, we went downstairs to have lunch at the Golf Restaurant. Aunt Donna ordered shrimp, Scott ordered spring rolls and sweet/sour pork and I ordered your everyday macaroni and cheese. NOT!!!!!!!! They brought out the dish and to my surprise, macaroni and cheese in Can Tho City consists of crawfish on a skewer with some sort of yellow, rubbery something on a skewer. Needless to say, I am back in the room eating beef jerky and cheese crackers.
