preparing owen
We have been trying to prepare Owen for our 2-3 week trip to Vietnam. While we hope that we will only be gone 2 weeks we know that there is a huge chance that we will be gone 3. With all of that being said, he has been staying a night here and there with grandma and grandpa. Well, this weekend we decided that he should try a couple of nights. We took him down Friday night and we picked him up this morning. He did fantastic! He was however, ready to go home and missed us! My big boy is getting so big!

Wow - that is great. We did the same thing with Aiden. I think it really helped! Any news on when you might go? We can't wait to hear that you will finally be united with your little angel.
I'll pray for little Owen and for peace of mind for mommy and daddy.
It's a tough thing to do...and we're certainly not looking forward to being away from Lucy for 2-3 weeks.
